25 Days Of Blogmas Day 12 / Top Toy Of 2016 Driving People Mad? *Hatchimals*

Hey, Jammer's! CoolCat here with another post! And it is now day 12 of 25 Days Of Blogmas! And I recently have been hearing lots about this toy called a Hatchimal. I had no idea what it was, so I googled it. And I started to see news stories on them. So I started to read them and I found out that Hatchimals are the top Christmas toy of 2016. Almost every kid wants one for Christmas, meaning parents will do anything to get one.

You maybe thinking, ''What's a Hatchimal?'' Well, a Hatchimal is some sort of robotic stuffed animal thing that hatches out of a egg. Then the more you play with it, the more it grows. I thought it was kind of crazy that something like that could be popular. But then I watched a video on it and it really was cute looking. But I'm sure you don't want to hear that. You want to here how people are going mad over these toys, right? I thought so.. So anyways, here are some of the things people are willing to do to get their hands on a Hatchimal.

People are camping out at stores the night BEFORE to hopefully get their hands on a Hatchimal. And there isn't even a guarantee that there will be Hatchimals on the shipment truck. Let alone enough for everyone in line. (One store had to turn away 200 people during the night)

Toy scalpers are buying up these in demand toys to sell them for outrageous prices. If you don't know what a toy scalper is, toy scalpers are people who buy in demand toys and sell them for high prices. But anyways, these toy scalpers are selling these toys for hundreds, and even thousands of dollars! The toy retails for in between 50-70 dollars.

People are even scamming desperate parents trying to score a Hatchimal for under the tree. Some people paid hundreds of dollars for a Hatchimal and they never sent it. If you are a parent who happened to randomly find my post of a teenager talking about a Hatchimal, be careful who you buy from!
